The staff was helpful, especially the person at the reception desk. The location was great near many shops and restaurants. It was a short walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. the LOCATION was excellent.

The room we booked was not the one we got.

The location was really convenient. It was near shopping areas and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. That's ALWAYS a plus. Breakfast on the terrace offered AMAZING views.

The room I had was quite small. The bathroom felt a bit outdated. The air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy.
